3. WHAT THESE PROCESSORS RECEIVE

Each PSP receives only the data necessary to perform its function:

PSP / Partner Data Received
Omise (TH Route checkout) Card data (tokenized), PromptPay binding, TrueMoney wallet identifier, mobile-banking redirect, billing identity, billing address, amount, currency (THB), 3-D Secure or OTP authentication result, transaction descriptor, chargeback status, Thai withholding-tax codes
Polar.sh (International Route MoR) Card data (handled by Polar's hosted checkout), billing identity, billing address, amount, currency, tax-location data, 3-D Secure or equivalent authentication result, transaction descriptor, chargeback status
Currenxie Beneficiary banking / payout details, payout amount, currency, country, sender (Pammo SG) identifier, transfer narrative
Wise (if / when activated) Beneficiary banking / mobile-wallet details, payout amount, currency, country, sender (Pammo SG) identifier
PayPal Beneficiary PayPal account / email, payout amount, currency, sender identifier
Card Networks Card number, amount, merchant / MoR identifier, country, transaction timestamp

Pammo itself receives only tokenized references, transaction IDs, invoice / receipt records, payout records, and chargeback status needed to operate the Service — not the underlying card number.

4. 3-D SECURE / SCA STRONG AUTHENTICATION

3-D Secure (3DS), Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), or Thai issuer OTP is used where supported or required by the hosted checkout / card issuer per Main T&C §4.3. This authenticates the User to the card issuer or payment provider (typically via OTP, app push, or biometric) before the transaction is authorized.

3DS is the first line of chargeback defense. Chargebacks raised after successful 3DS authentication have weak liability-shift posture for the cardholder — see Main T&C §7.5.

5. CHARGEBACK DISPUTE PROCESS

Per Main T&C §7.5:

  1. Step 1 — Contact us first. Email billing@pammo.co with the issue. We respond within 7 calendar days. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us is a material breach of the Terms.
  2. Resolution offers: Pammo may offer in-app credits, plan switch, or extension of the Subscription Cycle. No cash refund outside of the §7.2 Yearly 7-day / 10% Quota window and the §7.6 mistaken-or-duplicate-charge window.
  3. If chargeback proceeds: Pammo submits a dispute response to the PSP with usage logs, 3DS authentication proof, and Terms-acceptance timestamp within the PSP's dispute window (typically 7–14 days).
  4. Account suspension: Immediate, pending resolution.
  5. If chargeback fails (Pammo wins): Account restored.
  6. If chargeback succeeds (User wins): Permanent ban of account and associated accounts; recovery of chargeback amount + fees + administrative costs through any lawful means (subject to Main T&C §7.5(d) credit-bureau referral safeguards).

6. CURRENCY AND FX

6.1 Default display currency. Pammo prices are denominated in THB in the Pricing Schedule (consistent with Pammo's Thailand-first market). International Route Users see a USD or local-currency equivalent at checkout computed from THB by Polar at the prevailing rate published by Polar at the time of charge; the rate is locked for the Billing Cycle.

6.2 Currency conversion. Where the card issuer or PSP converts, the rate is determined by the card issuer or PSP and may include a markup. Pammo does not control the conversion rate.

6.3 THB Payout FX Lock (Affiliate / Creator). For payouts denominated in THB to Thailand-resident Affiliates / Creators paid from the Pammo SG entity (cross-route payouts), the USD → THB rate is locked at the Bank of Thailand mid-rate published on the last business day of the calendar month preceding the payout (per Pammo-Pricing-Schedule-V1 §11.2). Where the Affiliate / Creator is paid from the Pammo TH entity (same-entity Bank transfer), THB-native settlement is used.

6.4 Payout statement disclosure. Each payout statement discloses: original USD or THB Commission amount, payout currency, rate used, conversion date, converted THB amount (where applicable), withholding amount (if any), payout method, and released-vs-held accrual balance.

7. TAX WITHHOLDING

7.1 Thailand Affiliates / Creators (TH Route entity payouts). AEDOWON CO., LTD may withhold Thai withholding tax (typically 3% on service income) on payments to Thai-resident counterparties per the Thai Revenue Code. Annual withholding certificate (Phor Ngor Dor 50 / 50 ทวิ) is issued by AEDOWON CO., LTD

7.2 Singapore Affiliates / Creators (SG-entity payouts). AEDOWON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. may withhold income tax on payouts per Singapore IRAS guidance.

7.3 Non-SG / Non-TH-resident Affiliates / Creators. Must complete IRS Form W-9 (US persons) or W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (non-US individuals / entities) and applicable CRS / FATCA self-certification before payout. See Pammo-Affiliate-Program-Terms-V1 §8.5(b) and Pammo-Creator-Program-Terms-V1 §7.6(b).

7.4 Cross-route consistency. Where an Affiliate / Creator earns commission attributable to both routes (e.g., a Thai-resident Creator referring an International-Route User), Pammo applies the WHT regime of the payee's residence jurisdiction (TH WHT for TH-resident payees, etc.), with the payment funded by the relevant entity per the operator-allocation in Pammo-Program-Rules-V1 §3.9 and §5.

8. PCI DSS COMPLIANCE

Pammo's payment-data handling is structured to minimize PCI DSS scope:

Pammo itself operates at SAQ A (lowest PCI DSS scope) where applicable, because card data is fully outsourced to the PSP via redirect / iframe / token APIs.

9. STRONG CUSTOMER AUTHENTICATION (SCA) AND PSD2

For payments processed through European cards or European-licensed PSPs, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) per EU PSD2 is performed by the PSP. Pammo does not bypass SCA. For Thai-issued cards, the Bank-of-Thailand-mandated OTP / liveness flow is performed by Omise.

10. CHANGES TO PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Per Sub-Processor List change policy: at least 30 days' prior notice before engaging any new material payment processor or replacing one in a different jurisdiction. Notice via email + this page update + in-app banner. Right of objection per Pammo-Data-Processing-Addendum-V1 §7.
