Talk with the team, right inside your report

First of all, thank you. Every report, suggestion and question you have sent us matters, and it is what keeps making the app better.

To make those conversations easier, the reporting system has been rebuilt:

1. File a report, then keep talking in the same place

If something was missing when you first wrote in, or you simply want to say more, type it straight into that conversation — there is no need to file a second report. And if the report was closed but the problem is not really gone, just keep typing there: it reopens by itself and goes back into the team's queue, so you never have to tell the story twice.

2. See new messages at a glance

Go to Settings › Report a problem › My reports to see everything you have filed. A report with a new answer carries a pink dot, and opening it shows a "New messages" divider marking exactly where you left off.

The team's reply also rings the bell, and a "Messages from the team" card appears on your home screen so you can open it straight away.

3. Send photos and files

You can attach up to 5 files per message (10 MB each) — images, PDF, CSV, Excel and Word. When something goes wrong, a screenshot is the fastest way to help us understand and fix it.

4. Know when it has been read

"Read" appears only when someone has actually opened the conversation. You and the team both see when the other side opened a message.
